Open Space Designs & Interiors Co. LLC is a leading fit-out contractor in United Arab Emirates that specializes in various styles of fit-out projects. o Open Space Project Director – Controlling the day to day project activities.
o Open Space QS – Controlling all financial matter with regards to the project.
o Open Space Construction Supervisor – Managing the day to day build activities.
o Open Space Health & Safety Supervisor – Visiting Site and monitoring all aspects of site Safety and inductions.
o Open Space Administrator – will control all admin activities.
o Open Space General Labour – Completing build activities.

The Open Space Quality Management System is certified to European, British standards. We are committed to quality and raising standards in the industry. We also have an extensive base of trade contractors that we have established over a period of more than 13 years. To ensure that we contribute to offer quality services to our clients, we conduct an audit of the service of each of the trade contractor whom we work with after the completion of each project, after which reliable and preferred trade contractors from the less dependable ones, thus allowing us to make sound choices for future projects. .

We also have developed a set of Element standards which is documented in our Open Space Standards for major construction works such as tiling, painting, and construction of ceilings, partitions, sprinklers, air conditioning, lighting, alarm systems and plumbing works. The purpose of these element standards is to set out a framework of benchmarks that are to be fulfilled by our trade contractors, and these standards are used in conjunction with our regular interaction and dialogues with our trade contractors who are obliged to follow. Prior to the commencement of any project we will establish a Quality Plan which will outline the framework for managing all quality elements of the project. We would propose that this is developed during week 1 of a project.

Our approach to delivering quality has three strands:
o Process
From design to handover the delivery of a quality product is dependent on a clearly defined series of processes.
o People
With the right attitude and skills, and also training to manage the process and we have the experience and knowledge to deliver a quality product.
o Planning
Developing and agreeing a schedule that recognizes quality as a primary driver and creates time in the programme to enable the quality processes to be incorporated.
Interior Design
Determination of Organizations and Operational Space Requirements
Our Design Manager coordinates and leads the project. The Design Manager would interface between the Client's project team and develop initial layout schemes, design ideas and major design related issues, supported by his project team to include an architect, surveyors and interior designers as appropriate.
The initial project brief would be developed with Client's project team to create a thorough understanding of all requirements prior to commencement of the design phase.
The results of these surveys will be collated and issued to the Client for review and discussion in a tabulated report format. This report will contain, amongst other things, broad departmental space requirements and inter-departmental relationships.
We would recommend that the Client appoints at this stage, an individual in the company to represent the client organization.
We would further recommend a steering committee of senior management is set up with authority to make decisions on all aspects of the project.
